We Built a Free Invoice Generator — No Signup Required

Most invoice tools make you create an account before you can even see what an invoice will look like. We went the other way: InvoBee’s free invoice generator is a full invoice builder that runs right in your browser — no signup, no email, nothing saved on our servers.

What it does

Open the page, and you’re looking at a live invoice on a sheet of paper. As you type — your business name, your client, your line items — the invoice updates in front of you. When it looks right, hit Print or save as PDF and you’re done. The whole thing takes about a minute.

You get real choices about how the invoice looks:

• Three templates — Modern (bold accent bar), Classic (centered letterhead), and Minimal (quiet and clean)
• Eight accent colors plus a custom color picker, so the invoice matches your brand
